PAVO
Stands at 12" to top of head 15" to tip of tail or 30cm/38cm.
Art bird doll design based on another rare bird but related to a exotic golden peacock.
Pavo a constellation in the southern sky and means peacock.
Created from vintage plush with sculpted head,wings and tail feathers.
His head feathers are wired with antique gold threads his beak hand carved from lime wood.
He wears a vintage wool cape created from
Liberty of London Hera feather print in gorgeous autumn shades.
It fastens with a vintage half moon button and is trimmed with antique metal wire braid.
Liberty print highlights are used in his wired sculpted tail which is has antique sequins and cut steel beads. His tail which is fringed in antique gold threads can be arranged up or sweeping down.
Velvet shoes that are hand dyed and trimmed in silver metal wire motif and vintage beads.

ANDROMEDA
Stands at 4.5" or 11cm high created from hand dyed mohair in faded mauve.
Wears a vintage 1970's indian block print full boho skirt and waistcoat vest.
Her shoes are hand dyed velvet in indigo blue.
I created her outfit from an original vintage 70's indian block print dress that had seen better days.
These block print dresses are so beautiful and collectible.
I commissioned a wonderful friend and fashion designer Laura Basevi to design
and repurposed the dress into a gorgeous blouse for me.
The offcuts have been used to make Andromeda's skirt and bolero.
I have used the silver bell chimes that were on the original dress.

PERSEUS
4.5" or 11cm high created from antique mohair in dark rust shade.
A traditional antique style teddy bear with glass eyes and stuffed with wood wool.
Perseus a northern sky constellation wears a vintage silver star charm.

Created from antique mohair in dark forest green.
Sirius named after a the brightest star in the sky and a certain wizard.
He wears a dark green velvet cape lined in paler green satin trimmed with antique gold wire trim.
Hand dyed sage green shoes and wizard hat with antique magical button.

HERMOINE
Stands 3.5" to top of head 4.5" to tip of hat. 9cm/11.5cmCreated from hand dyed mohair in burnt orange.
Hermoine wears antique lace with gold wire trim ball gown.
Her witchy hat is made from antique satin with vintage button and gold wire trim.
Shoes are antique silk velvet hand stitched with leather soles.
Hermoine a clever witch when it comes to making spells she comes with her own
antique bog oak miniature cauldron.

ARCHIMEDES
3.25" or 8cm high and created from antique mohair in bright rust shade.A very small bear in a gorgeous autumn shade of antique mohair.
I have further aged and tinted his fur.He wears a vintage lucky cat charm.

HERCULES
Stands 3.25"or 8cm created from hand dyed mohair in sky blue.
Hercules wears a vintage velvet waistcoat with a vintage silver lame back.
I have trimmed this with tiny vintage diamante studs.
He wears a sparkling vintage silver lame bow tie and carries a antique star cut steel button.
Hand dyed brushed cotton trousers with vintage blue velvet hand made shoes.

URSA MINOR
Stands 3.25" or 8cm high created from antique mohair in pale honey taupe.
He wears vintage 70's floral print jacket in autumn & gold shades.
I have trimmed this antique gold wire braid and wooden gilded beads.
Hand dyed brushed cotton trousers with velvet hand dyed shoes.
Ursa minor constellation means the little bear.

Sculpted textile wall art design.
Antique silver lame sculpted man in the moon set on antique blue/black taffetta.
Antique metal silver trim with antique cut steel buttons and diamante stars.
Vintage 8" or 20cm diameter frame with bubble glass.
