Hello,We are just back from the Woburn Abbey Teddy Bear Festival and as promised a few photos.
Woburn Abbey made the most wonderful back drop to rare antique bears
along with many talented teddy bear artists.

Our stand was in the sculpture gallery near the Apollo statue
who had many admiring glances! (blush!)
We had a very enjoyable day chatting to collectors some of which we remember from way back.
We would like to say Thank you to everyone who came to our stand. Some told us they already had a bears of ours in their collection and how they much they still love owning them.

We did not preview our bears before the show as we thought this would not be fair
to collectors that had made a whole weekend of the event and travelled long distances.

Cordelia stands 7"tall and is created from vanilla cream mohair.
She is dressed in antique lace dress with our handmade leather shoes.
Cordelia wears antique gold brooch plated tassel at her waist.

Mortimer stands 7"tall and created from old gold mohair.
He wears a vintage Harris Tweed suit lined in silk with antique buttons.
He has vintage leather shoes which are made by ourselves and hand stitched with leather soles.

MAXIMUS
Maximus stands 7"tall and is crated from old white alpaca with airbrushed markings.
He is fully jointed with German glass topaz eyes and wired ears.
Maximus wears a vintage Harris Tweed waistcoat trimmed with antique brass buttons.
Brown fine striped brown wool trousers with hand made green leather shoes.
His Bow tie is from vintage textile circa 1940s

Rosetta is 7" tall and is created from vintage plush in bright pink which I have tinted and aged.
She has glass eyes and wears a vintage cotton neck frill with tiny enamel rose locket.

Laurent is 4"tall and is created from pale grey hand dyed mohair
He has a center seam stitched nose with glass eyes.
Laurent has pale grey soft leather paw pads.

Lazuli is 4" High created from faded french blue mohair.
I have tinted and aged his fur in places.
He wears a vintage button tied with matching ribbon.

Philipe stands 3.5"tall created from hand dyed blue mohair.
He wears a long antique lace waistcoat with velvet silver wire trim and diamente studs.
Silk grey pantaloons with grey suede shoes.
The slipper shoes are hand stitched with leather soles made by Simon.

JULIET
Juliet is 3.5" tall and created from old cream mohair.
She has glass eyes apricot thread stitched nose.
She is dress in vintage pink silk and antique lace dress.
Trimmed with french silver ribbon.
Juliet wears our hand made shoes in beige leather.

LOUIS
Louis is 3.5" tall created from antique mohair in old gold.
He wears a antique velvet waistcoat trimmed with gold wire trim.
Blue silk pantaloons with hand made gold leather shoes & tiny buckles.

Claudine is 3.5" tall created from antique moss green mohair.
She wears pink silk and antique lace dress.Trimmed with silk ribbon and antique French button.
Her green leather shoes have tiny buckles.

MARVIN
Marvin is one our tiniest bears at 3"created from antique arsenic green plush.
He is stuffed with wood wool and has German glass eyes.
Marvin and would make a cute companion for a doll.

Jermiah is one of our tiniest bears at 3" high.
He is created from vintage plush which I have aged and tinted.
Jeremiah would be a nice addition to a dolls house or as a companion for a doll.
